Banana Pi BPI-M4採用Realtek RTD1395 chp設計,是一款64位四核A53迷你單板電腦。具有1 GB的RAM和8 GB的eMMC。帶有b / g / n / ac和BT 4.2的板載WiFi。在端口方面,BPI-M4有4個USB 2.0端口,1個USB TYPE C端口,1個HDMI端口,1個音頻插孔。支持M.2 Key E PCIE 2.0接口。
RTD1395配備高性能四核CPU ARM Cortex-A53,內置512K L2緩存。RTD1395還集成了高效的ARM Mali-470圖形處理(GPU),可加速2D和3D圖形處理。為加速此OSD和2K用戶界面,RTD1395 的內置流媒體引擎提供常用的繪圖功能.CPU專用於應用程序,RTD1395的大部分功能專用於操作,解碼視頻流formats.eg解碼4K2K H.26 ,全高清MPEG1 / 2/4 / H.264 / H.264 MVC,AVC / VC-1,VP8,VP9,AVS,AVS plus,HD JPEG等。視頻DSP還可以處理高達全高清H.264格式的編碼。視頻解碼和編碼可以同時運行。
